Capital commitments are limited to African private equity growth funds and seed/venture capital funds.

• Private equity growth funds are defined as funds which aim to invest in companies fulfilling both of the following criteria: i) fewer than 500 employees, ii) annual revenues of less than EUR 50mn.
• Seed/venture capital funds are defined as funds which aim to invest in companies fulfilling the following criteria: i) portfolio companies employing fewer than 250 persons, ii) balance sheet of less than EUR 15mn, iii) annual revenue of less than EUR 50mn.
